Shipping Policy

All items are carefully packed and shipped from regional NSW. As a one-woman studio, I aim to dispatch ready-made orders within 5-15 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer — I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Applies to all orders placed within Australia and for delivery within Australia.

Maris Herr Collections has no minimum order size for orders to be sent to an Australian address, but we do have a minimum postage and handling fee of $10.00AUD.

For larger items the postage and handling fee will be calculated at the checkout using the variables of size weight and delivery address. All orders are shipped form Wagga Wagga NSW 2650. Please check the Australia Post web site for estimates on delivery times to your area. These times change frequently because of time of year, congestion in their system or major events.

We cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left us.

Currently we do not ship outside Australia.

Please note: I’m not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, but I’ll always do my best to help if your parcel goes missing or is delayed.
